Bonnie is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher also trained to provide Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Bonnie continues her practice and studies with Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa flow teacher training programs. Each class may be different depending on the needs of the individuals attending as well as the energy of the day. Bonnie offers group, private and semi-private classes in Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga as well as one on one Phoenix Rising Therapy. |
